I am wondering if apple test this or if they do not care what crap gets offered. Nothing worked with this app. They probably only want your email address to spam you later., are there also minus stars?

Where is the "open in" function???!!! Cant send files from other App to Pamfax. Have to save them as photo into camera app first, then switch to pamfax, select "open from", search for the correct file and then import. Waste of time!!! Include the function as soon as possible for better rating!!!

The app does not work. This is a scam. It is not free. The support never answered my emails. Took away my credit without me using it even once. Waste of time and money. Dont even try.

I used pamfax for about 5 years no problem in fact it was great then one day my $12.00 fax credit disappeared, sent email to pamfax they told me that my pamfax account now had another email address assigned to it, the user name was still my name though, I could not access the account and my $12.00 credit was gone. I complained and they stopped responding to me and closed my complaint as having bee resolved successfully. Funny thing was they said they were emailing my problem report emails to this bogus email account, and yet when the emails hit my Inbox the had my correct email address. I dont think they cared or got the severity of their security problem. Bottom line NOT SECURE AND PAMFAX DOES NOT CARE.

Whole service is very reliable. App is very intuitive. Rates are very good. Love it!

This is useless

The word useless is an understatement for this app. Doesnt work AT ALL!!!!!!!!!! Dont waste your time. It gives you .42 cents you will never use

Please fix this bug. Ive got iPhone 6S+ w updates software.

Now the Fax sending list works separately between PC and iPhone. But it would be nice if we could share that address book each other.

Im fed up with the apps "announced" free! In realty you cant receive fax with PAMFAX! If you want to receive fax you have to buy the pro version (more than 70 euro at year!) and you know it at the end. Im fed up to loose a lot of time like this. The description is not enough!

I cant tell you how many apps I downloaded simply to send one page. However, I have had the occasional need to send faxes maybe 2 or 3 times semiannually. And because you were so straight forward with doing what your description said in providing three free pages, I will certainly buy credits as I dont like to be lied to with first downloading the app, preparing the document, and finally thinking I am able to send, all with then being hit with the most heart aching lie with made to purchase credits when the app descriptive properties clearly state and make the consumer assume is free at first. So, again, THANK YOU for your up front honesty as you will be rewarded by my service! Also, do not beware of this app, the reason the other guys app crashed is because he most likely selected the ad contact option if you have a lot of contacts that will crash the app. However, you can avoid that and simply type in your contacts. The app then have to upload the document that you put in and it simply takes just a little bit more time but absolutely functions and works as described!!! Great job!!!

I just found how to reactivate my credit! I love this app!

I love everything about it but Im not able to access new files added in Dropbox unless I "unlink" then re-log-in and re-link. Am I doing something wrong? Love everything else and have recommended to colleagues!

Its a really cool app. Stable enough, easily helps you sending faxes through pamfax system. Install it only if you have experience with pamfax.

I originally set up my account on a desktop using my google ID to create the account. This is how I sign in on the browser and the desktop application but this method does not work on the iPhone app. I love the service on my computer and would love it on my phone. Until this issue is resolved its useless to me and it only gets one star. Once the issue is resolved if the app works half as good on the phone as its web and desktop counterparts Im sure itll be 5 stars.

Have been using the web version for quite a while. The service has been very stable and fax always delivered quickly. Looked in the app store before and finally got it installed today. Now sending fax is even more convenient.

Most of us do not read the very long terms of service/user agreements. I read this one. It states that the company may send you "links" to various companies at any time (spam) and they do not vouch for those links and are not associated with the companies they push to you -you give your email address to sign up. There are also numerous references to charges. I did not sign up as I did not want to receive a bunch of spam and, if Im going to pay for a service, Id rather know up front and what those charges. My advice, read the terms of service before agreeing to sign up. The app gets one star for dubious EULA.

Great fax app, and you are still backward compatible with Companies still working with faxes... In a very easy way... One request that would make this application absolutely great (and for which I would give it five stars).... Is to be able to open the faxes, which you can preview, in another PDF app. When receiving faxes, it is normally a form I must fill and fax back. So it would be nice if I can open the PDF in my favorite PDF markup app, fill in the form and fax it back. The workarouns is currently to go into pamfax.biz from the browser and skip the app. (but this is a little bit more cumbersome).
