Does not recognize my login. I deleted and installed three times in different devices. App is crap if it doesnt work.
Wont allow me to create an account.
So much for an app! The software itself should email the fax itself, not a link to pamfax...
Very easy to use and very fair pricing plans. The best in value and usability.
To purchase, the ever elusive cheapest way to transit printout over less then CAT-6, or WiFi: why TCP/Ip (and, please if interested in the growing gold rush talk to vwiphone5 about Fax by TCP/Ip -- Fax by E-mail, why?
Ive been using this with Skype account on my Desktop since before Microsoft bought Skype. Never had a problem. Now you can send a fax even your file from the cloud.
This is the worst app ever. Charged me for faxes that never went through. Its a scaM!! And emailing support wont even get u a response. Ripoff!
still have to login every time the app is opened. Even after latest "bug fix" update. Please fix!
Immediately logs out after logging in. Useless.
Our business would not run so smoothly without PamFax, they are really good!
I found this app because I need to receive a fax. But apparently you need to already have a fax number of your own.
That was very impressive. I snapped a photo of the document, I was able to fax it all without ever having to touch a scanner or even a scanning app. I read somebody elses review about a sketchy EULA, Which definitely bear some investigation and may change my opinion, but this worked pretty flawlessly from the tech point of view!!!
Short version: Doesnt work (both the app and the desktop client - the web portal is some what reliable), Hard to log in, Extra hidden charges. If they say a number is known to be slow they charge $0.63 per page! Decided to use this to try and save having from having a fax line for my business. Huge mistake. I was hoping theyd grown on me. I just hate them more. They have a lot of numbers they say "are know to be slow or unresponsive" and they charge substantially higher rates if your fax is for one of those (they dont advertise that well). They will fail to send faxes to these slow numbers multiple times and although they refund a small portion of the original cost it can average out to you losing twenty extra cents per page in addition to their normal rates. Ive faxed a lot of numbers before and Ive never had problems faxing dedicated fax lines before. If you dont deal with BCBS, Medicare, United, Cigna or other health insurance related business your experience may be different from mine. If you number was previously used by another company youll get tons of faxes(invoices) from their former business partners. This isnt charged to you but is a pain to deal with. Just trying to login is actually awful. Your password must be so many characters with at least 2 special characters and numbers. But they wont communicate that to you upfront. So if you forget to pick a password like that, youll have to go back to the beginning because the previous pages have expired. It can take me 5-10 minutes just to log in.
