Dont do it! NOT SECURE AND THEY DONT CARE

I used pamfax for about 5 years no problem in fact it was great then one day my $12.00 fax credit disappeared, sent email to pamfax they told me that my pamfax account now had another email address assigned to it, the user name was still my name though, I could not access the account and my $12.00 credit was gone. I complained and they stopped responding to me and closed my complaint as having bee resolved successfully. Funny thing was they said they were emailing my problem report emails to this bogus email account, and yet when the emails hit my Inbox the had my correct email address. I dont think they cared or got the severity of their security problem.

Bottom line NOT SECURE AND PAMFAX DOES NOT CARE.
